About The Founder

 

Hi, Im Sherree Patton- but around here, the girls call me Sprinkles.

​

I started We Give Her Wings Foundation because I believe girlhood is sacred. Those early years shape so much of who we become-how we see ourselves, how we love, how we show up in the world. 

This Foundation was born from a place deep in my spirit- from the parts of girlhood that felt confusing, too fast, too lonely or just too much. I didn't create We Give Her Wings because I had it all figured out, I started it because I remember the times that I didn't. 

As A mom, mentor and a woman who had to find her own wings along the way, I wanted to build something safe, celebrated and seen- even when life gets dark. 

This isn't about being the "perfect mom" or having all of the answers. It takes a village and we are here to make sure none of us have to feel or figure it out alone. I want to be here to give our girls the tools we may not have had and reminding them (and ourselves) that softness, confidence and strength can all exist in the same space and take your wherever you want to go.

Through pop - ups, mentorship events, workshops  and  magical girl hood moments, we help girls explore who they are- and who they are becoming. We celebrate femininity, friendship and real world life skills- all while making it fun, glittery and meaningful.

Because around here, it's not about the Wings. Its about  who she becomes when she learns how to fly.
